Verdict

James Park Woods was well beaten in a handicap on his reappearance and had finished behind Skyman at Wolverhampton in November. Gelded since, the latter finished a close-up fifth at Newbury on his earlier debut and can figure but SECRETARIAL is preferred. Tim Easterby’s filly showed she was going the right way with an improved effort at Thirsk last time and Danny Tudhope’s presence is another positive. Tarbeyah posted a better effort at Pontefract on her debut than she did at Wetherby last time while General Mischief will appreciate the longer trip and Caravan Of Hope and At Peace are newcomers to note.
