Verdict

HATS OFF TO LARRY carries 5lb extra for making a winning reappearance at Chester last week. But he can effectively race off a lower mark with Scott McCullagh’s allowance taken into account and the latter was on board when Mick Channon’s charge won at Windsor last year. The Navigator went close over a mile here recently though has plenty to prove over this extra distance and Roar is preferred on his second over 1m4f at Doncaster. Sioux Frontier won over today’s trip at Hamilton earlier and Corton Lad finished well ahead of Can Can Sixty Two when runner-up at Ayr. Kilowatt missed the whole of last year but showed progressive form in 2017 including a victory at Ripon.
