        Verdict

        Stone Cold is bound to be popular here along with El Cordobes and Carnacrack, but we will seek a bit of value by taking a chance on Tobesure. The selection was a good second behind Scarborough Fair at Hexham last time, will have no problem with the trip or ground and looks to be progressing nicely as a chaser. Stone Cold is a danger but he often runs in snatches in his races and is prone to making errors, so we are happy to oppose him here. El Cordobes has been a model of consistency but he was pulled-up last time and has shown his best form at Fakenham. Carnacrack has ability but has proved disappointing to follow of late so can't be backed with any confidence, so in an open race, we will take a chance on Tobesure.
