Verdict

DOUBNOV and Lost Soldier Three drop markedly in grade and could go well whilst Boundless Prospect is a fairly reliable sort. It looks significant that Ian Williams has engaged the services of title racing apprentice Tylicki for his gelding who has been beaten in excess of one hundred lengths in three runs this season. This is easier though and a chance is taken that he can bounce back. Bajan Parkes has live claims at the weights and was a winner as recently as August so merits respect despite a poor run last time. Lost Soldier Three finished in front of him at York last time but there isn't a great deal between the pair on these terms. Boundless Prospect does have something to find at the weights but is one of few in the field who looks likely to give his running and will relish the conditions. Drum Dragon has decent claims on these terms and represents a yard going well and he seemed to see out this trip when not enjoying a great deal of luck in running at Pontefract. He has live claims but we'll take a chance that the drop in grade works the oracle for Doubnov.
