Verdict
Newcomers Johannes and Palace Episode should be noted in the market but this may well go to one of the runners with experience and the vote goes to El Capitan, who is preferred to Farasha. The last mentioned is trained by Michael Jarvis, who has a good record with his juveniles in recent seasons but this daughter of Indian Ridge has not shown enough so far to warrant support, although she does hold Bryan Smart's Musical City on running last time. Lynda Ramsden's Madam Moschata has shown ability in two outings so far and looks the stable first choice ahead of Andorran, while Karl Burke's Naughty Nod is bred more for stamina and may do better over further. The vote then goes to Neville Callaghan's El Capitan, who has shown enough in three starts to suggest that he can open his account in this company.
