In depth

Verdict

Lady Bridget has twice run well over 2m1f here and is only a pound higher than when third last time. She must be thereabouts in this modest heat if staying the extra. Connections were adamant that the longer trip accounted for LISCAHILL KARELLA's disappointing effort when favourite at Newcastle last month. The Irish challenger had been in fair form prior to that run and is given another chance to open his account. Loughalder is lightly raced and has hinted at ability, while Kayfton Pete was well supported when third at Newton Abbot last week and may be the pick of the remainder.
