In depth
Verdict
An ordinary contest can go to Frizzante who made a pleasing start to her racing career when fifth of 11, beaten two lengths, behind Psychic at Beverley earlier in the month. The daughter of Efisio ran green through the early stages but stayed on well once the penny dropped and should be hard to beat with the experience behind her. Valazar looked a surefire future winner when just touched off on his Thirsk debut having attempted to make all while Leominda has shown a little ability and has place claims.
