Verdict

MARDALE just didn't handle bottomless going at Haydock last time and was pulled up. But she's the one to beat here on her earlier third to Welsh Shadow at the same track and preferred to Briery Queen, who fell in that same race in which the selection was pulled up but did win her maiden over this track and trip in November and appears to have the beating of the largely disappointing Miss Crick on collateral form. Mo Chailin has hinted at ability with the unexposed Maid Of Milan probably best of the rest.
