Verdict
Hiccups is in good form at present and is taken to score at the main expense of Lord of the East and Hartshead. The selection is a course and distance winner who confirmed his well-being when a close sixth behind Complication at Pontefract last time. He is well drawn here and with conditions to suit he should be capable of a bold showing. Lord of the East is in decent form at present and he was a good second behind Lady Mo at Epsom last time. He should go well but he is not ideally drawn in stall 4 and for that reason he is passed over. Hartshead is on a hat-trick after winning his last two races and he looks to be progressing the right way. The booking of Keiren Fallon catches the eye and he is entitled to plenty of respect, although this is slightly tougher than his previous two assignments. Of the remainder Paddywack is probably better over 5 furlongs and he has got a tough draw here so looks worth opposing, and we will stick with Hiccups as the one they have to beat.
