In depth

Verdict

Eddie Lynam again puts up the 10lb claimer Oisin Orr on board IRON MAJOR (NAP), as he did when the eight-year-old scored easily over 7f here last month. He's won over the trip from a higher mark in the past so should complete a double despite an 8lb rise. Misty Lane was in excellent form when last seen here at the end of last year but went up to her highest-ever mark and faces a stiff task on her reappearance, though Pat Smullen and Reggie Roberts make an interesting combination. Hilary's victory at Gowran impressed the assessor enough to raise her 10lb but her young rider's claim reduces the burden and she can get into the action. Norville won here in January and his two latest starts have been on soft ground so he can do better.
