Verdict
The consistent Coolteen Hero could be the answer in a tricky contest. Robert Alner's 12-year-old has to race off a 1lb higher mark than when beating Channahrlie at Leicester last month in a similar contest but that is a fair rise and with the trip, and ground, to suit he gets the TEAMtalk vote. The hat-trick seeking Cresswell Quay (holds Lanmire Leader on a line through Commanche Jim) has obvious claims but may not be suited by the drop back in distance. Topweight Willy Willy reverts to chasing after an unproductive spell over hurdles and, while Trumper is well treated on the best of his form, there has been little encouragement from recent outings. A bigger danger then may prove to be Richard Rowe's Folkestone winner Flinders but a 7lb rise or beating a moderate bunch tempers enthusiasm for him.
