Verdict
A decent case can be made for all but a chance is taken with HI CLARE, the only member of the field yet to run this season. Hopefully she's ready to go after 244 days away but she was admirably consistent last term and showed a good attitude to prevail in a close finish when landing a deserved success on her final juvenile outing. Joe Fanning could well set out to make all. Arkenstaar has improved race-by-race this season and looked capable of stepping up from Class 6 company when a cosy course and distance winner last time. He' is up 5lb and will be hard to keep out of the firing line. Silk Bird and Time Traveller have the ability to land a win but still have the maiden tag to shed and it's hard to know if the handicapper has got to the bottom of Tiamat with the filly pretty hard to assess at present.
