Verdict
Iron Sheriff is usually in the mix and rarely beaten far. His Newcastle win on his previous start was impressive and he came from a difficult-looking position to score at Redcar on Monday He should be competitive if turned out quickly as he has trip and conditions to suit. He shares topweight with BREGUET BOY and there's little between them on the book, but the latter seems to have upped his game since joining Keith Dalgleish and can added to his 2023 haul of two wins and two places from five starts. Cosa Sara landed an Ayr success over similar trip and ground on her penultimate start but is a tricky mare to catch right. Stablemate Spanish Hustle is back from wind surgery and course and distance winner Hot Team has been harder to predict this year.
