In depth

Verdict

Molinari, yet to recapture his best from last season, is best watched for now. Similar comments apply to another course and distance scorer in A La Francaise, whereas the other course and distance winner, Where's Jeff, has impressed on both starts this season off attractive marks and remains feasibly treated off a 2lb rise for a narrow success here latest. He should be competitive along with Simple Star who broke his duck on Turf with a staying-on success at Musselburgh for which he's up 3lb. He's respected but SEA GREY is unexposed for a four-year-old, went well in a pretty hot Haydock handicap for the grade in April and will find these far calmer waters than the large-field handicap he contested at the York Dante meeting. A mark of 79 is acceptable too.
