In depth

Verdict

Royal Musketeer is by Acclamation and the first foal to race of an Exceed And Excel mare who won three times over 6f so Charlie Hills’ newcomer is worth a market check. Archie Watson introduces the Kodiac colt Devilwala but we’ll stick with the experience of SOLENT GATEWAY, who has finished second twice including here last time. He is making steady progress but the filly Al Saariyah looks a threat as she probably did too much in the early stages when sixth at Leicester.
