      Verdict

      Only half-a-length separated Makanah, Arecibo and Jabbarockie in the race won by Lahore at York and the trio should all be prominent again in this. Aplomb has been steadily coming to hand but continues to give the impression he is best suited by 6f. MOUNTAIN PEAK is in the form of his life and was successful over course and distance in June. He has shown himself to be more than capable of winning again off this higher mark. Tanasoq and Princes Des Sables look to have plenty to find at the weights.
