Verdict

This is a competitive contest to close the card and Prince Evelith, She's Our Lass and Trevian are the main players with Prince Evelith given the vote. The selection is chasing the hat-trick here and he gave the impression that there was more to come when he beat Daaweitza at Newcastle last time. He's progressive and he looks one to stay on the right side of, especially as he tends to only just do enough in his races. She's Our Lass is well-treated on her best form and she did not get a clear run at York last time when finishing second behind Topatoo. On the back of that effort she has to be given consideration. Trevian should be suited by this faster surface after putting in a below-par effort at Chepstow last time. Uhuru Peak is from a shrewd yard and is one to note in the market, but for the winner we are happy to return to Prince Evelith.
