        Verdict

        DREAMWEAVER just failed to justify favouritism in a decent Sandown handicap last time but is progressing well, has had only a handful of runs and is in here off bottomweight for a yard in fine form. It is a tight handicap with only 7lb between all runners, of which Global Express could prove interesting on handicap debut off a mark of 74 and he is really the only one who could be considered fully unexposed, although there's an element of that about Ride The Monkey, who shaped rather better last time and now sports first-time cheekpieces. Creek Island is usually thereabouts for the Johnston team and should be in the shake-up once again.
