Verdict

It was heavy going when Little Bruce won a seller over hurdles at Wetherby in March. General Mahler has been expensive to follow since winning over timber at Sedgefield in 2016 but would have an outstanding chance on his second to Kimberlite Candy at Market Rasen in December. BUCKLED turned in a shocker at Musselburgh in March but may have needed the run. He won three times over hurdles last year at a decent level and could be the one to beat if taking to fences. Mark Walford’s chasers are always worth a second look here and Loch Linnhe is no exception.
