Verdict

GREENSALT has a good strike-rate between the flags and ran the race of his life to finish within seven lengths of Balnaslow in the Foxhunters’ at Aintree. If that hasn’t taken too much out of him, he should win this. Ballinahow Bill has won three of his four starts in point-to-points. He thumped Streets Of Milan by 15 lengths at Duncombe Park in February and looks to have a bright future, whatever happens today. Another six-year-old, Path To Freedom, was progressing nicely before a rare poor run at Charm Park last month and Cherry Coward also run the mare Wizadora. Big Bang De Loire only won a maiden in March and has not shown much in nine starts under Rules.
