Verdict
AMI DESBOIS was well out of his depth in a Grade 1 at Aintree last time but his earlier third behind Barters Hill at Doncaster is form that is head and shoulders above anything shown previously by today's opposition. Dante's Way was only third when favourite on his hurdling debut over 2m4f at Southwell but should improve on that and looks the danger, though Dimple has improved a little of late and should make the frame if lasting home.
