Verdict
Knockholt needed the ground to be rock hard in order to show his best form on the flat but although he has disappointed so far over hurdles, he is given the chance to redeem himself this evening. Forum Chris has to be respected as a very live danger. He posted a maiden victory at Cartmel on heavy ground but more importantly, he had shown decent form on the surface for Mark Johnston up to distances of 1m6f on the flat. High Cheviot reopposes today but is unlikely to be suited by the faster surface. Magic To Do stole a selling race at Folkestone but has plenty to find on the book.
