Verdict
Eric's Charm looks the one to beat here and is, in fact, hard to oppose. The selection is rated 12 pounds clear of his closest rival and, with his form with Hirvine i his last two races looking solid enough, he is the one his rivals have to catch. Mistral de la Cour was very fortunate to beat the luckless Kauto Star at Exeter but, that said, still looks the one that will give the selection the most to do. And, of the others, with Nicky Henderson's Twist Of Faith having shown little in three starts, we turn again to the selection, which is Eric's Charm.
