Verdict

AQUA VITAE'S sole run here looks solid and she gets the nod. Tor Sturgis drops this filly back into classified grade after struggling in a Lingfield handicap but her previous second to Fitz here in August makes her a major player. Another runner rated at the ceiling mark of 55 is Bill's Story who was ahead of the selection last time, whilst King's Approach, Lady Of Gamoran and Chocolate Cookie all come here out of form but with solid claims at the weights. The most interesting of that trio might be Chocolate Cookie who is unexposed over seven furlongs since winning a Lingfield claimer last November. The unexposed Cunning Plan, who drops in class, and Orsett Lad, who was given too much to do here last time, are both considered along with the more consistent Trecase.
