RAMORA can land the opener at the main expense of Meyyal and Mutamayez. This looks a pretty weak maiden and Ramora brings the most solid form to the table. She flew at the finish last time when she was given a lot to do and she eventually finished third behind Brilliana at Bath. She was returning from a break that day so she should strip fitter here and she looks to have a big chance of opening her account. Meyyal was returning from a lengthy break over this course and distance last month and he ran a race full of promise. He is a well-bred type and he should strip fitter for the outing so he has to be on the shortlist. Mutamayez is an interesting newcomer from a yard in sparkling form and it could pay to take the hint if the market speaks in his favour. Tribal Rule will need to improve to get competitive, and the vote goes to Ramora.
