      Verdict

      With six of the eight runners having won, this looks quite a hot little contest. Cape Trafalgar sets the standard and it could be significant that Jamie Osbourne runs this Cape Cross filly under a penalty, rather than waiting for her revised mark. She probably ran much better than what first appeared, when filling third spot behind Fiore Di Bosco here last week over six-furlongs, having showed plenty of pace up the centre of the track. The drop to the minimum trip at Haydock proved right up her street and she is taken to defy her penalty. No shortage of dangers with Stealthelimelight heading the opposition. Neville Callaghan's colt was somewhat disappointing last time, having shown plenty of pace at Chester. A reproduction of his performance at the Roodeye would put him in here with every chance. Lunar Wind doesn't look to be progressing, while selling winner A Bid In Time looks to have enough on his plate at this level. Savernake Brave would have a squeak on his second to Kuingai at Brighton, but you would need to forgive him a poor effort last time when behind another of his rivals here Stealthelimelight. Danifa is as tough as teak and this will be her 11th outing this term. However, her overall profile doesn't look good enough at this level. Northern raider Fitzwarren looks to be a progressive colt and is worthy of respect, while the maiden Sinora Wood doesn't look to have been done any favours by the Handicapper. The latter's stable have made a slow start to the season, but they have turned out a couple of winners in the past fortnight and she could well be capable of better than she has shown to date. However, Cape Trafalgar comes into this at the top of her form and is the safe option.
