In depth

Verdict

It's difficult to know what to make of Celendine, who has joined John Oxx after a very smooth victory over a mile at Ripon when in the care of Alan Swinbank. There should be more to come from the filly who is entered in a Group 3 at Cork in August. Zerashan won very nicely over this trip at Fairyhouse and is obviously on the upgrade while Notalossonya makes her handicap debut from what looks a fair mark after three decent efforts. BOB LE BEAU battled to victory over the prolific Ghetto Gospel at the Curragh in a blanket finish that saw Start The Party close up in fourth. The winner is 5lbs higher but he didn't get the clearest of runs and can complete his hat-trick.
