Verdict
Four of the last six have been won by UK raiders including Richard Fahey's Zap in 2018. The Yorkshire-based handler sends Gallipoli this time and he's capable of a big run. Fellow raider David Barron isn't one for wasting journeys and Another Batt was having his first start for the yard when scoring at Thirsk after a long absence so expect improvement. Music To My Ears just failed to follow up her Curragh handicap victory when beaten a head on a return visit though was receiving 21lb from the winner. Lord Rapscallion was aided by his young rider's 10lb claim at Gowran and was receiving 3lb from SIRJACK THOMAS when beating him just over a length at Bellewstown in July. The latter will be 19lb better off here and gets a speculative vote in a very competitive finale in which Agitare makes a quick reappearance after a close third in a Listed race at Cork on Wednesday.
