In depth

Verdict

Mutaraffa has every chance having ran out of steam over a mile at Newmarket on his recent debut. This shorter trip will suit but ARISTOCRATIC LADY debuted at the same Newmarket meeting when finishing fourth over today’s distance. She held the lead for most of the way on that occasion and should go close with normal progress. Take Fright showed a big improvement over 6f when last in action but that was in the summer of last year but Jaleel finished closer at Newbury on his debut than he did at Wolverhampton last time and has been gelded. Lope Athena is a half-sister to a Listed winner and a newcomer to note.
