Verdict

This all-weather contest looks another hard one to solve, but Flowerdrum can complete a hat-trick over the likes of Chetak and Soyuz. Flowerdrum has not been over-raced, and has had a break since landing her second race, a fillies' handicap at Pontefract. William Haggas reports her in fine form and she must go close. Soyuz has taken on fair company but has it to do off topweight despite fair claims, and Chetak makes as much appeal. She belied an absence when coming back with a win at Bath in May and has taken on decent company since then. Her close third to Ice Palace at Kempton reads well enough and Barry Hills' filly might be good enough for a place at least. Willheconquertoo is well enough handicapped but Flowerdrum may have been let in lightly and gets the vote.
