Verdict
Another tough race to call here for punters with very little between many of the leading fancies but the principals look to be Thurlestone Rock, Tayif and Kallistas Pride and the vote goes to Thurlestone Rock. The selection was a fair third last time out behind Chimali in a better race and he need only run up to that mark to win this. Tayif rates the main danger on his latest third behind Linning Wine. He will be suited by the return to this six furlong trip and will not be far away. Kallistas Pride is another worthy of respect as she hails from a yard in top form and was a fair third behind Pertemps Magus last time. However that was over the minimum trip and this longer distance does not look ideal. Calusa Lady is another with place claims but she remains a maiden after 18 starts and can not be put forward with any confidence. Of the remainder Lord Of the Sea is from a shrewd yard and is worth noting in the market but in a desperate affair for the winner we return toThurlestone Rock.
