with leader, ridden 2f out, soon weakened
chased leaders, ridden halfway, no impression
This is a wide open race to round off the card with Frascati, Lady Pekan and Tamarella likely to fight it out at the finish, and the vote is given to Frascati. The selection has been running well on the all-weather of late and although she has never won on the turf, she has gone close on a number of occasions and is due a change of fortune. Lady Pekan finished behind our selection at Wolverhampton last time and there is nothing to suggest that she will be capable of reversing those placing here. Tamarella is another that has been running well on the all-weather, but she is arguably better over 6 furlongs and is passed over for that reason. Pirlie Hill could be capable of going well if she could recapture her best form, but she has been a little below that level of late and for the winner we return to Frascati.
