Verdict
A field large in numbers but low in quality and on closer inspection not many can be given a serious chance of winning. However the principals look to be Collier Hill, Factor Fifteen and Duke Of Brittany and we will side with Collier Hill. The six-year-old from the Alan Swinbank yard was a good second behind Mobasher last time and a reproduction of that effort should suffice in what looks an easier race. Factor Fifteen has the ability to win but he was a bit of a thinker on the flat and he seems to have translated that attitude to hurdles. Duke Of Brittany would have a chance on his best form and he did not stay the much longer trip when tried over it last time. The drop in distance is sure to suit and it would be no surprise to see him bounce back to form. Wise Guy was a fair sort on the flat but he looks the stable's second string on jockey bookings so we will side with Collier Hill.
