Verdict
A decent looking Classified contest to end proceedings with Fairlie, Rock Lobster and Pearl Of York all with serious chances with vote going to Rock Lobster. James Givens three year old came good at Nottingham when beating Scriptorium last time out and looks on a good mark to follow up on that success. He won first time of asking as a two year old last year and had found things tough but with that confidence booster behind him he is taken to score again. Fairlie has similar form to his name and is another with a live chance. Mary Reveley who has been relatively quiet in recent years is having the odd winner of late so any market moves should be noted. Pearl Of York is another horse in fine fettle and proved his well being when winning at Musselburgh on his penultimate start. He showed enough in Class E company last time out to suggest that this drop in grade is well within his grasp so another for the short list. But for the winner we return to Rock Lobster.
