Verdict

Both the top weights went close on their latest outings. Black Friday was beaten only a neck at Carlisle though has yet to win a race and SMUGGLERS CREEK is preferred. The latter was beaten the same distance at Musselburgh last time and includes a course and distance success in four previous wins. Dandy Highwayman finished in front of both Kentuckyconnection and Mudawwan at Thirsk earlier and was placed again at Beverley last month while Rock Boy Grey has plenty of scope and makes more appeal than the likes of Bobby Joe Leg and Beverley Bullet.
