This is a poor contest by Newmarket standards but it looks to provide a good opportunity for Itsy Bitsy to supplement her Yarmouth success and she gets the verdict ahead of Naughty Thoughts and Granary Girl. The last mentioned has shown improved form of late with her win at Folkestone followed by a fair third at Yarmouth and she should again be thereabouts. Shenandoah Girl has like a lot of Gay Kelleway's runners been in good form of late and would not be winning out of turn were she to oblige here but she may just be a shade high in the weights. Royal Tender is still a maiden after 19 starts and of more interest may be Tom Dascombe's Naughty Thoughts who has run well in her last two starts and should again be thereabouts. Preference though is for Itsy Bitsy who belied odds of 40/1 when landing an apprentice handicap at Yarmouth recently and Willie Musson's mare can amazingly race off a 5lb lower mark today.
