In depth
Verdict
Master Of The Race really caught the eye on his sole start last season and is expected to produce the goods today. Gold Feather hails from a yard that do extremely well with three-year-olds at his stage of their development and, along with debutantes Song Of Songs, River Mist Image and Jungle Drums, can give the selection the most to do. Jungle Drums is bred to appreciate middle distances and should benefit from the experience, while Song Of Songs appears to be the more fancied of James Fanshawe's pair on jockey bookings. He is related to winners at a mile and can represent good value today. River Mist Image is half-sister to winners in the states and should appreciate the ground. The market will tell us about the level of confidence behind her today. However, Master Of The Race ran a most encouraging race here last October and, with that form working out well, he is expected to take plenty of stopping today.
