Verdict

Inch By Inch is in great heart at present and can land the hat-trick, from Tuscarora and Piccleyes.Peter Makin's five-year-old has hit form with a vengeance, landing a very competitive Chepstow handicap, before following up in an apprentice event at Goodwood. those races were both over the minimum trip, but she is just as effective over today's distance and could prove hard to beat. Tuscarora hails from a stable in form and has been running well over longer trips. If she can muster the same enthusiasm over this six furlongs she should be thereabouts. Piccleyes was well beaten the last time she tried this grade, but ran right up to her best last time when a close up third in a handicap on the turf at Lingfield. Jazzy Millennium is also running well at present, and although he looks up against it on official ratings, should still be good enough to take a hand in the finish, but Inch By Inch is difficult to oppose in this mood, and she gets the decision
