In depth
Verdict
Another wide open affair in which many have chances on there best form but a chance is taken on the Len Lungo trained Hallyards Gael. The nine-year=ear-old has been in good form of late, goes on any ground and he had every chance when unshipping at Kelso last time out. If his confidence has not been effected he will be hard to beat. Curly Spencer rates the main danger. However his best efforts have come on much softer ground so for that reason he is opposed on this occasion. Quarterstaff is another that could go well. He is a bold jumping front runner but he has never won off a mark this high before. Weaver George has dropped to a very lenient mark but he has looked a shadow of his former self of late. Mount Prague is from a yard in form and he could go well but if the rain came he would easily be opposed. Burwood Breeze was a fair second behind Broadgate Flyer last time but he needs to improve again to score. Of the remainder Reflective Way loves it around here and he could run well at a fair price.
