Verdict
Formation may not bee the most straight-forward and tends to wag the tail so preference is for Missioner with Mega Watt considered a danger. It is intriguing that Joe Fanning rides for Willie Jarvis here on Mega Watt rather than for his boss Mr Johnston, and Mega Watt looks a player given that he was not put in the race last time. However Missioner impressed with his attitude last time and now making his handicap debut on a track that will suit his strong-staying, galloping style. His juvenile form looks rock solid and he should be up to defying this mark of 85. Bonjour Allure was a bit of a no show on her final start last season but this nicely-bred filly should not be written off yet. Totoman romped home last time at Yarmouth but that maiden was seller-like in quality and more is demanded today. Merchant Of Dubai has claims as he steps up in trip, but there are mixed messages in his pedigree. At a price Resounding Glory could run into a place assuming the dead eight take part, however it is Missioner who can take pole position.
