      Verdict

Mr Wold is quick and will no doubt try to burn them off form the front, however this track leaves him running on empty and so preference is for Namir ahead of Funfair Wane and Charles Parnell. The selection was a winner at Beverley on his penultimate start before finding the ground on the soggy side at Sandown. His wide-draw here may not hinder as he likes to come late and they tend to go middle to stands side anyway when it's on the wet side. His form here at Pontefract stacks up well and eh gets the vote in a tight heat. Jimmy The Guesser has claims on the pick of his runs as he looks well-treated now, however his stable are having a quiet year, so of more interest may be Funfair Wane who won with authority at Musselburgh recently but this track and this race demands some more improvement despite a drop to mark of 60. Feelin Foxy has dropped off recently, whilst Charles Parnell continues to hit the frame but must be frustrating to follow for win backers. Blue Maeve and Never Without Me have form at the track but neither has been running well of late, whilst Pickering is one to watch coming back from an absence. Not an easy final race to fathom and luck will be needed, but we prefer Namir above the rest.
