In depth

Verdict

Mobarhen may improve enough to open his account over some equally promising sorts such as Bayeux de Moi, Almanshood and Ragged Glory. This could turn out to be quite a competitive affair with a strong entry of juveniles, but Sir Michael Stoute may have the answer in Mobarhen, fifth on his Doncaster debut after getting upset in the stalls. The experience will not be lost on the son of Red Ransom, and the step up to a mile should suit. Bayeux de Moi shaped well enough when fourth at Ascot and will find a maiden in due course, while Almanshood falls into the same category after staying on near the finish at Sandown on his introduction. Ragged Glory has a bit more experience than the rest, having had three runs already, but probably does not have as much scope as those already mentioned. Nevertheless he should be in the shake-up along with Moshkil who lost all chance at Sandown after jinking left at the start and being hampered. An interesting affair can go to Mobarhen.
