      Verdict

      Revolver bids to make it 5-5 for the season but steps up another grade off a 7lb higher mark and is worth opposing this time. Punctuation has yet to win on Turf but was third over this trip at Haydock last time while Oleksander ran at Royal Ascot after his fourth at Haydock, though there could be stamina concerns. MARGARET DUMONT beat a subsequent winner at Ascot last month and was third on her handicap debut at Newmarket when not unduly punished. On breeding, she should enjoy this step up in distance so gets the nod. Dancing Harry slips further down the weights but hasn’t sparkled this year so far.
