Verdict

Although he has definitely got his own ideas about the game, Omni Cosmo Touch has come into himself in point-to-points recently and the Joss Saville-trained nine-year-old is taken to translate his resurgent form back now that he is back over regulation fences - on the provision that he consents to actually take part, that is! Therefore, it may also pay to factor in a small saver with Glacial Dancer, who was just about the best of these under rules and comes into this with a good chance on these terms if he runs anywhere near his former capabilities. He was an early casualty at Witton Castle in his latest start and the betting market will give the best indications if his connections think he can go out and make amends today. Taleban and Parte Prima are others to consider if they are supported; with preference just for the former as he has shaped up well in his two latest starts. However, so has Omni Cosmo Touch, whose confidence is on a high after winning between the flags at Cottenham just over a fortnight ago. The son of Trempolino also won his fair share of races over hurdles in the past and will be very hard to master if he does not play up at the start. Entisag, formerly a modest hurdler for Martin Pipe, is another that could go well for each-way players if he takes to these fences at the first time of asking.
