Verdict
An even less appealing race than the first division of the claimer, so only a tentative vote of confidence goes to Aguila Loco, who edges out Louisdale and Scary Night as first one to consider. The selection has been running well in defeat lately - having been tried on all three artificial surfaces within the last month. However, the six-year-old has arguably put in his best performances at this track and is well worth another try in this company. It is also worth noting that Aguila Loco hit form at this time last year and, as he arrives with a more solid recent profile than many of the rest, he is given the benefit of the doubt today. Louisdale Has been plying his trade over further in recent weeks and has just been short of the mark over a mile. The drop in trip is probably in his favour and any support for him should be noted with interest, while Scary Night is hard to get right and needs everything to go his way and others make more appeal. With the main one being Aguila Loco for us, to minimum stakes on this occasion.
