Un Jour A Vassy can land the feature, having most to fear from Simber Hill, Prince Sorinieres and, possibly, Lord Youky. Even though he racing from a five-pound higher mark than for his latest win, the selection could still be improving. Also, he holds Prince Sorinieres on their runs behind Enrique at Ludlow in May. A bigger danger, therefore, might come from Simber Hill, who is back on a winning mark and loves to hear his hooves rattle. Of the others, Lord Youky had been off for a long time before running promisingly at Worcester last time and should strip fitter for that run, but Un Jour A Vassy can score for Paul Nicholls and Ruby Walsh.
