          Verdict

          MARK’S CHOICE returned to winning ways over 5f at Ripon a shade more cosily than the winning margin of a neck suggests. He won’t mind any rain and scored over this longer trip last season. My Boy Lewis ended last year with a victory in soft ground at Doncaster while Look Out Louis was placed at Wetherby recently, ahead of Fair Alibi, and can also figure. Serengeti Song slips further down the weights and Danny Tudhope’s presence suggests Dancing Rave is preferred to stablemate Gylo. Arogo is one to note now handicapping while the returning Across The Sea will be winning again this year.
