Winning point-to-pointer Rookery Rebel has a couple of fair efforts to his credit over fences but may need a longer trip to bring out the best in him. January has shown promise on the flat and over timber and though his two runs over fences didn't produce much he is the type to make progress. SALESIN has been consistent on the flat and over hurdles but hasn't done much over the bigger obstacles. He's in really good form at present and his turn may have come. Roseska is very young to be racing over the bigger obstacles but connections must believe she is mature enough. She would be favourite for this over hurdles after her excellent third to The Fonze at Limerick and is an obvious threat to all.
