Verdict
Resonate, Harry Potter and Templet are all sure to have their supporters here but we will take a chance on Riska King to lead them home. The selection is from the all-conquering Richard Fahey yard and he is fully effective on this surface and over this trip. He gets on well with today's pilot Paul Hanagan and he ran well enough last time when a close seventh behind Omaha City to suggest that his turn might not be far away. The second in that race Analyze has since gone on to win in good style, and he should go well at a decent price. Resonate ran well behind Merrymaker on this track last time, but he is dropped in trip here and for that reason we will take him on. Harry Potter was running well in the summer but he has been a little disappointing of late, while Templet should be suited by this step up in trip after disappointing over 7 furlongs last time. Topton is another to consider if he is on a going day, but for the winner we return to Riska King.
