Verdict
Topiary Ted is in-and-out but if on a going day he could take this, however we will side with the more consistent Western Roots, with Harare another with claims in an open handicap. The selection is only a pound higher than his last winning mark (over course and distance) and has solid claims. He has a fair draw in eight and should go close if getting the gaps late on. Time To Regret is now struggling off his revised mark so cannot be fancied and the same may apply to Golden Spectrum. The City Kid is consistent so must have claims, as does Harare. He wasn't beaten far last time out (behind Golden Spectrum) and another consistent performance would see him go close. In what looks a real toughie for punters, we will return to Western Roots to land the spoils.
